On Oct. 31, 2013, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Luis Lavin sustained the Agency’s motions to dismiss SCOPE’s (Santa Clarita Organization for Planning and the Environment) claims that the Agency’s acquisition of stock of Valencia Water Company violated California Environmental Quality Act or other legal procedures.
