Cobalt Mortgage is expanding its reach by opening new offices in Santa Clarita, Beverly Hills and Manhattan Beach, the Washington state-based company announced.

Branch Manager Chris Ledlie has been tapped to oversee and fully staff these three new offices.

The office in Valencia will serve clients in the Santa Clarita Valley, a spokesperson for the company said.

As a direct lender to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, a dedicated correspondent lender and a mortgage broker, Cobalt

Mortgage offers loan solutions to meet the needs of a full spectrum of borrowers, Ledlie said.

Ledlie’s more than 10 years of mortgage industry experience and solid financial background, will enable Cobalt to attract experienced mortgage originators to better serve the broader Southern California community, said Brady

Yeager, Cobalt Mortgage area manager.

Founded in 2001, the privately held mortgage-banking firm has offices in 18 states.
